Sell tickets under your own brand
Selling 1,000 tickets at 30 EUR?
With BZUCO you pay 1,050–1,350 EUR – a 3.5% commission plus up to 1% for the payment gateway.
Compare it with your current provider in the calculator.
And it is not just about the commission. On a ticketing portal you sell under its brand, it holds the money
and the buyers are its customers, not yours.
- ✓ You sell under your own brand, on your own website
- ✓ Money goes straight to your account
- ✓ Customers and their data are yours
- ✓ 3.5% commission, no monthly fees
BZUCO is used by 200+ organisers, including:
Your own ticket shop or a ticketing portal?
BZUCO is a white-label ticketing system: you sell tickets under your own brand and on your own website, we only provide the technology. With a ticketing portal, the portal does the selling – under its brand, to its account and to its customers. The right-hand column shows what to check in a portal contract.
| Your own shop with BZUCO | Ticketing portal | |
|---|---|---|
| Whose brand you sell under | Yours – your domain, your design, the shop right on your website | The portal’s; buyers leave for its website. Contracts may also require the portal’s logo on your promotion |
| Who owns the customers and their data | You do. You are the data controller; contacts and purchase history are in your admin and connect to SmartEmailing or Ecomail | Usually the portal is the data controller. For your own offers you typically get only the e-mails of buyers who explicitly agreed to it |
| Where the money goes | Straight to your account via your own payment gateway or by bank transfer | To the portal’s account. It typically pays out after the event or monthly, minus its fees |
| Can you also sell elsewhere | Yes, no exclusivity – even alongside a portal | Not always. Some contracts require exclusivity, even against your own website, or a minimum share of tickets sold through the portal |
| Changing prices, discounts and capacity | Yourself, instantly, in your own admin | Often by sending a request to the portal |
| Booking fee paid by the buyer | You set it and it is yours – it can cover the whole commission | Usually charged and kept by the portal |
| Cancelled event | You refund from your own money, on your own terms | The portal handles refunds; some contracts let it use your revenue from other events |
| Commission | 3.5% + payment gateway up to 1% | Depends on the contract – enter your rate in the calculator below |
What a portal adds: a catalogue and an audience that might not have known about your event. That is why you can sell with us alongside a portal – if your contract allows it. Before signing, check the exclusivity clause, when you get paid and which buyer contacts you will actually receive.
What selling tickets costs you
Enter your event and the commission your current ticketing provider charges. We include commission and card payment fees.
| System | Commission | Card payments | Total | You pay | Extra compared to BZUCO |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| BZUCO | 3.5% | up to 1% (gateway) | 3.5–4.5% | 1,050–1,350 EUR | — |
| Your ticketing portal | 8% | included | 8% | 2,400 EUR | + 1,050 EUR |
How we calculate: “Extra compared to BZUCO” is conservative – your portal’s rate against the highest possible BZUCO cost (including a 1% gateway fee). Enter the portal’s rate including card payment fees.
Buyers on portals usually also pay a booking fee that the portal keeps. With BZUCO you set the booking fee yourself and it is yours.
The preset 8% is only an example – portal rates vary by contract and sales volume. BZUCO rates as of 10/2026.

What does it look like in practice?
This is what selling tickets under your own brand can look like. There are many display options – you can set the shop up to suit your needs, from a minimalist design to a fully branded solution.
Bezva Fest – a family festival in four Czech cities
The shop runs right on the festival’s website (bezvafest.cz/vstupenky), in its colours and design. Visitors never leave the site.
1. Choosing the event – all cities in one shop:
2. Choosing tickets – price tier, discounted family tickets and the number of tickets left:
What matters here:
- Own domain and design – bezvafest.cz, not a ticketing platform
- Several events in one shop – four cities, one basket
- Price tiers – the price rises with each tier and buyers see how many tickets are left
- Discounted family and group tickets
Common worries before switching
You do not have to leave your current ticketing portal or change everything at once. You can sell one event through your own shop and the rest as before – or the same event in several places at once, if your portal contract allows it. Try it in practice and decide afterwards.
“Setting it up will be complicated.”
“I don’t have time for this.”
“What if I break something?”
“What if sales go down?”
“When do I get the money?”
“I don’t know whom to trust.”
Frequently asked questions
Without a gateway you can accept bank transfers to an account at Fio banka – the system matches incoming payments to orders automatically.
Example: a 20 EUR ticket + a 1 EUR booking fee = the buyer pays 21 EUR. The 1 EUR covers the BZUCO commission and the gateway, and the full 20 EUR stays with you.
